Delivery conditions

ARTICLE 1. – APPLICATIONS

Jenoris Europe is represented by Total Hair Academy B.V. = hereinafter referred to as “seller”
1.1 Changes to the general terms and conditions can be made by the seller at any time without any prior notice.
1.2 The General Delivery Conditions (hereinafter: conditions) apply to all orders and deliveries of the seller.
1.3 The conclusion of an order means that the buyer accepts the application of the conditions applicable at that time.
1.4 Only after written approval by the seller can deviations from these conditions be made.
1.5 All rights and claims, as stipulated in these conditions for the benefit of the seller, are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by the seller.

ARTICLE 2. – AGREEMENTS

2.1 The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of (all) products in the meantime without prior notice. Prices will be changed on the basis of falling and / or rising dollar exchange rates and raw material prices, as well as transportation costs from manufacture to receiver.
2.2 An order is only concluded after acceptance of your order by the seller. The seller is entitled to refuse an order, for which reason arises from negligence, payment arrears and / or abuse of the buyer in the past. The seller will notify this in writing within two (2) working days. (working days Monday – Friday)

ARTICLE 3. – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

3.1 The shipping method is determined by the seller, provided that the buyer has a choice of which buyer clearly indicates in his / her order. The liability for a shipment recommended by the buyer is entirely at your own risk and cannot be recovered from the seller.
3.2 Since the seller is dependent on the transport companies, a delivery day will be an approximation. Exact delivery times can never, ever be indicated. There is also the possibility that the carrier will deliver the ordered to his or her neighbor. If you only wish to be delivered to your home address, you must indicate this during the order. The seller can never and never be held liable by the buyer or third parties for compensation of costs or resulting damage. 3.3 Products not available from stock will not be placed in subsequent delivery, unless agreed otherwise between seller and buyer. The seller will inform the buyer of this within two (2) working days and will arrange for an alternative in consultation if necessary. If both parties fail to reach an alternative agreement, the purchase will be canceled.

ARTICLE 4. – PRICES

4.1 All stated prices for products and services are in euros and exclusive of the current VAT (21%) and exclusive of shipping costs.
4.2 The seller reserves the right at all times to change prices, packaging, contents of packaging, models and colors.
4.3 For orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands, rates of TNT Post in collaboration with DPD, DHL or UPS are used.
4.4 Prices on the day of the order are valid, also in case of any agreed subsequent delivery
4.5 Current offers cannot be returned and / or exchanged.

ARTICLE 5. – PAYMENTS

5.1 Payment must be made before delivery (unless otherwise agreed) to: RABOBANK account: 32.46.50.795 in the name of Total Hair Academy BV Den Ilp, stating your name and your order number.

5.2 Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Until receipt of payment no reservation for the ordered is taken into account.

ARTICLE 6. – RISK DURING TRANSPORT

6.1 Loss and / or theft by the transport company will be reimbursed by the seller, provided clear evidence of this can be provided. A shortcoming reported to the carrier, as a result of which the buyer does not receive the ordered on time, will be sent again by the seller after 5 days. If the parcel is nevertheless handed out by the carrier in the meantime, the buyer must refuse the parcel sent again, so that it will be returned to the seller within 48 hours.
If a package is damaged on the outside, the buyer’s own risk with regard to lack of substantive products applies upon acceptance by the buyer at the TNT delivery company. After acceptance of the damaged package, the buyer cannot make any claims for defects in content products and damage.

ARTICLE 7. – FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 In the event of force majeure, as such will in any case be considered, riots, epidemics, natural disasters, exclusion, strike, fire, war conditions, terrorism, mobilization, riots, import and export obstacles, lack of raw materials, auxiliary materials, finished products or labor, disruptions in public facilities, disruptions of any kind in our company, or that of our suppliers or forwarders, or in case of other circumstances.

ARTICLE 8. – RETURNS

For consumers inside the EU only: If you wish to return an item without giving reasons, this is of course possible within 14 days. The condition is that the article is complete, unused and in its original condition and in the factory packaging. We may refuse hygiene products. Hair care products are hygiene products and are therefore very strictly assessed when returning. We will not take back hair care products . The shipping costs to return the product are at your own expense and not for Total Hair Academy B.V. Even if a return is not accepted, the costs for returning it by registered mail are not at the expense of Total Hair Academy B.V.
